When using a heat transfer machine, keep this sequence in mind: first, set the temperature, time, and pressure; next, position the transfer paper; and finally, apply heat and pressure-all while taking care to prevent burns and pinching. Below is a summary of the key points, outlined in the order of operation.
1. Pressure: If the pressure is insufficient or excessive, adjust the pressure knob located at the rear of the machine; turn it clockwise to increase pressure, or counter-clockwise to decrease it.
2. Time: If the buzzer fails to sound or sounds continuously when the set transfer time is reached, adjust the setting to the appropriate level.
3. Temperature: When the target temperature is reached, the temperature controller indicator should point to "180°C" (it takes approximately 5 minutes to reach this temperature). If the thermometer reading rises but the heating plate does not heat up, please check the electrical circuit.
4. If the handle automatically springs back up after being pressed all the way down, adjust the pressure knob downwards.
5. If lifting the handle requires excessive effort after the transfer process is complete, adjust the pressure knob downwards.
