Dtf Transfer Paper is a PET-base consumable dedicated to digital textile heat transfer. Processed with composite functional coating, it receives pigment ink from DTF printers. After printing and powder application, patterns can be transferred onto fabrics under heat-press. It supports hot-tear and cold-tear options. With stable flatness and good anti-static performance, it suits custom production of various clothing and textile accessories.
DTF printer transfer film features uniform thickness and outstanding ink-absorbing capacity. Its special surface treatment reduces dust adsorption and feeding failure during continuous printing. It realizes clean peeling without residual glue after hot pressing. Transferred patterns possess great stretch-proof property and long-term wash resistance. Compatible with most mainstream DTF devices, it meets demands of small-batch sample and mass commercial production.
Heat transfer printer film is widely adopted for personalized textile customization. It works perfectly for T-shirts, hoodies, sportswear and canvas bags. Besides cotton and polyester, it fits multiple blended fabrics. It serves clothing workshops, small-business startups and large garment factories. Apart from apparel printing, it is also available for decorative patterns on hats, pillows and other textile crafts for commercial orders and handmade projects.
Place the PET printer film sheet into your DTF printing machine and print target patterns with white and color ink. Apply hot-melt powder evenly and shake off extra powder. Then bake to fully cure the ink layer. Put the printed film on textiles and process with heat press machine. After proper cooling, peel off the sheet. Finally you will get vivid, durable custom patterns on your fabric products.
