Our A3-size printer films are practical DTF printer PET transfer films designed for desktop-level DTF printing.. Constructed from premium PET substrate, these films deliver balanced ink absorption to reproduce sharp, saturated graphic outputs.
Anti-static surface design reduces paper jams and ink offset during continuous printing. Both hot-peel and cold-peel options are available to match different production habits. After heat press transfer, patterns bond firmly onto textiles with outstanding wash-fastness. Multiple sheet-format sizes support small-batch customisation, sample making and craft printing, well-matched with mainstream desktop DTF printing equipment.
How to Use DTF Transfer Paper
- Step 1: Prepare Your Graphic File Create and adjust your desired patterns with graphic editing software before printing.
- Step 2: Output the Pattern Load the film into your DTF printer, and print artwork onto its coated surface with pigment-based ink.
- Step 3: Apply Hot-Melt Adhesive Powder Evenly coat the freshly printed image with DTF hot-melt powder to cover the whole graphic area.
- Step 4: Melt and Solidify Powder Heat the printed sheet under proper technical parameters to melt and trigger the adhesive powder.
- Step 5: Perform Thermal Transfer Place the treated film onto target textile, then operate heat press with matched temperature, pressure and duration.
- Step 6: Remove the Film Take off the base film following your material property, choose either hot-peel or cold-peel operation.
- Step 7: Finalize the Transfer A supplementary heat-pressing step is available to improve surface texture and washing performance of prints.
