Dtf Pet Film 60Cm is 60-centimeter wide roll-type PET material designed for wide-format DTF printing. Treated with double-sided functional coating, it enables continuous long-run printing. It transfers fine motifs onto diverse textiles, ideal for medium-and-large-scale garment custom-printing projects.

Compared with ordinary transfer consumables, Dtf Pet Film adopts high-performance composite-coated PET substrate. It achieves stable ink absorption without ink bleeding. It supports both hot-tear and cold-tear modes for diverse production habits. Transferred patterns own superior ductility and washing resistance. It is compatible with most fabrics, and brings higher transfer yield. It fits mass-volume orders while lowering comprehensive production costs for garment factories.

How to Use Dtf Pet Film

Prepare your DTF printer and load the 60cm Dtf Pet Film into the machine. Print graphics with white ink followed by color ink. Spread hot-melt powder evenly over printed area and shake away surplus powder. Send the film into oven for full baking. Place it on target fabric and finish heat-press transfer. After cooling, carry out hot or cold peeling to get long-wearing textile patterns.
