Consumables

DTF Printer: Primarily uses DTF transfer film, DTF hot-melt powder, and DTF ink.

UV DTF Printer: Primarily uses UV ink and AB film.

Workflow

DTF Printer: Design pattern → Print pattern → Apply/shake powder and cure in an oven → Cut → Heat press the pattern onto the object.

UV DTF Printer: Design artwork → Print pattern onto Film A → Laminate Transfer Film (Film B) onto the printed film (Film A) → Cut out the UV DTF crystal label → Apply the UV DTF sticker to the substrate and slowly peel off the backing film.

Applicable Materials

DTF Printer: Suitable for softer materials, such as various garment fabrics (T-shirts, hoodies, etc.).

UV DTF Printer: Suitable for harder material surfaces, such as plastic, acrylic, glass, ceramic, and metal (suitcases, mugs, phone cases, etc.).

Pattern Transfer Method

DTF Printer: Uses a heat press to transfer the pattern onto the item.

UV DTF Printer: Uses a lamination process; Film B is bonded to Film A, the composite film is applied to the substrate, and the film is then peeled off.
