.If the printer generates heat, emits smoke or strange odors, or makes abnormal noises, disconnect the power immediately and contact IT personnel.
.Do not place other objects on the printer. Unplug the power cord from the outlet when the printer is not in use for an extended period.
.As a precaution, unplug the power cord during thunderstorms; leaving it plugged in may result in equipment damage.
.Do not attempt to print without paper and the ribbon cartridge installed; doing so may damage the print head and platen roller.
.The print head operates at high temperatures. Do not touch it until it has cooled down to avoid burns or injury.
.Do not touch the printer cable connectors or the metal parts of the print head. Never touch the print head while it is operating.
.Do not cut off the power while the print head is operating.
.Do not disassemble, move, or drag the printer arbitrarily; contact IT personnel in the event of a malfunction.
.Prevent foreign objects (staples, metal scraps, liquids, etc.) from entering the unit, as this may cause electric shock or equipment failure.
.Ensure the power supply is stable and the data cable is connected to the computer before turning on the printer.
.Do not move, drag, or turn off the printer while it is printing.
.For large print jobs, limit batches to 30 copies and allow the printer to rest for 5–10 minutes to prevent overheating and damage.
.Do not use paper that is too thick (exceeding 80g) or paper that is wrinkled or folded.
.The user will be held responsible if the printer sustains severe physical damage, damage caused by misuse, or damage resulting from failure to follow the operating guidelines above.
