Operation Process
2. Software setup: Import the file into printing software, set color, white ink and varnish parameters.
3. Material loading: For flat printing, place and fix flat workpiece on the platform; For UV DTF crystal label, install AB film on roll system.
4. Position adjustment: Adjust printing height and origin position.
5. Nozzle test: Perform test print to check nozzle condition and color performance.
6. Start printing: Machine prints while water-cooled LED UV lamp cures ink instantly.
7. Finish: Take off the printed flat product or collect finished crystal sticker roll directly.
