How to Use

Step 1

Print target patterns onto DTF PET film by DTF printer with pigment-based ink, keep the printed ink wet.

Step 2

Evenly spread DTF hot-melt powder over the fresh printed area. Shake off excess powder, and recycle redundant powder for repeated usage.

Step 3

Send the coated film into dryer or shaker unit for curing under matched temperature, fully melt and activate adhesive powder.

Step 4

Place processed film on textile fabric, operate heat press machine with proper temperature, pressure and duration.

Step 5

Peel away PET film following hot-peel or cold-peel requirements. Secondary pressing is optional to enhance washing durability.
