What Happens Inside the Machine
Once the printed film is gripped by the suction feed, two things happen at once. A vibrating platform showers hot-melt adhesive across the inked pattern, while a rear beating rod pulses the film from underneath, flinging unused powder back into the hopper. The film then advances on a mesh belt through the heated tunnel, where the adhesive reaches its curing temperature and bonds permanently to the print. What leaves the unit is a finished, ready-to-heat-press transfer-crisp edges, no powder dust, fully set.
In practice, the job is one smooth pass: coat → de-powder → cure. The recovered powder goes straight back into production, so material loss stays minimal.

Built To Save You Money On Every Run
No tearing, no hollowing, no trimming
Because the adhesive only sits where the ink is, the finished transfer lifts cleanly off the film without weeding, no hollow-out defects, and no extra cutting pass. That's less vinyl, less labor, less scrap.
Skip the plate room
White-ink DTF needs no color matching and no screen plate. Change a design between jobs in seconds-ideal for one-off gifts, retail samples, and test runs that would otherwise be uneconomical.
Automated shaking beats hand shaking
The harmonic motion lays powder down faster and more evenly than manual tables, so small shops match output that used to require a helper.
Cheap to own
Compact mechanics mean few wearing parts; maintenance stays light, and the upfront investment suits a single founder or a growing team.
The Finish Your Customers Will Feel
Sharp, dust-free edges - no fuzzy burrs around lettering or logos
True-to-design color - no bleed, no halo, no ghosting between adjacent tones
Bend-proof durability - cured film stays intact through repeated home laundering; no cracking, no peeling
No rub-off - adhesive locks to the ink layer, so graphics survive the dryer and the closet
Barely-there hand - a soft, flexible print that doesn't stiffen the garment
Wash-tested color retention - pigments hold their shade after repeated cycles
Stretch and rebound - flexes with the fabric without snapping back or splitting
Operation itself is straightforward: a front control panel with indicator lamps and adjustment dials lets you set temperature and dwell time on the fly-no specialist training required
